Does it cost anything to be an affiliate?
No. Joining the DuncanSchiedt.com Affiliates Program is completely free. We have no fees of any kind.

Can I still join if I am outside of the United States?
Yes. United States and abroad, affiliates are welcome.

Does my Website qualify to participate?
We accept all sorts of Websites into our affiliates program. However, we do not accept Websites that:

Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promote illegal activities
Otherwise violate intellectual property rights
Use existing or future software products and services that will block, alter, direct, redirect, substitute, insert, append itself to, or otherwise intercept or interfere in any manner with any click through or other traffic-based transaction that originated from DuncanSchiedt Affiliates with the result of reducing any compensation or other payment earned by or owing to DuncanSchiedt Affiliates

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Please confirm that your Email address and password are correct. If you have forgot your password, Click Here and attempt to login with your email address and password. Upon the first invalid attempt it will prompt you to click a link that will send an email to the email address given.
If you do not receive the password in via our automated retrieval system for any reason, please email info@thecodeworks.com from the email address you're having trouble logging in with explaining your problem.

Are your images copyrighted? If so, can I display them legally on my Website?
Yes. DuncanSchiedt.com images are copyrighted, and it is legal for you to display them on your website as long as they are used as affiliate links. Don't forget to mention that you are "In association with DuncanSchiedt.com."

Signing Up

I operate multiple Websites. Should I sign up each one separately?
No. You can use the same account for all Websites that you have. The advantage of doing this is that you will receive a single check for all of your Websites.

How do I sign up?
Fill out our Affiliates Application Form and agree to the terms of our Operations Agreement. You will then recieve an email with information on how to get started after we review and approve your application.

Building Links

How many different ways can I link to DuncanSchiedt.com?
You can link to DuncanSchiedt.com with text and banner links. You can also choose to link to different destinations on our Website (such as our homepage or the musician listing page)

How do I build links?
Please visit the Linking Examples page with instructions on how to build your affiliate links. Once approved, you can log in to view your affiliate ID number to put in the links.

Are there a certain number or types of links that I must display on my Website?
No. It is completely up to you in regards to the amount and types of links you choose to display.

Tracking Sales

How do I know if I have made any sales?
To check your sales and commissions, go login and click on the Sales link to the left. You can track sales for the past 3 months or all sales to date.

How does DuncanSchiedt.com track sales from my Website?
We track sales coming from your Website using an unique website ID in your links. Based on the unique website ID, we credit your sales accordingly.

Commission Payment

How much do I get paid?
We pay you a 10% commission on all sales (excluding shipping & handling and tax).

When do I get paid?
You get paid monthly, the first week after then end of the month. For example, for your January sales, you will get sent a check during the first week of February.

Tracking Sales

Can I buy products through my own links?
Yes. Feel free to click through your own links to make purchases. You will earn commission on your purchases.

I already sell prints on my Website. Can I still participate?
Certainly. We recommend that you display our banners to distinguish between our prints and your own.

I operate a high-traffic Internet Website. Can you provide me with extra administrative or technical support?
Of course! Let us know of your situation and any special needs you have; we'll be sure to help you out.
